Terms & Conditions

User Obligations and Security

  • Confidentiality of credentials: You are responsible for keeping your login details (username, password, any two-factor authentication) confidential and secure. Any action taken through your Account will be deemed to have been undertaken by you.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect that a third party has gained unauthorised access to your Account, you must immediately:
  • Prohibited Account use: You may not:

    • use another person's Account;

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

Bet Cancellation and Modification

    • the amount of the relevant bet or wager in dispute; or
    • where no specific bet is identified, the lower of:
      • your net deposits to the Account during the preceding 90 days; and
      • AUD 5,000 (or equivalent in your Account currency).

Player-Initiated Closure

  • Remaining funds: Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance, after deduction of any fees or chargebacks and subject to verification, will be paid out to you via an available payment method, provided that:

Consequences of Termination

  • Waiver of other forums: To the extent permitted by law, you waive any objection to the courts of Curaçao on grounds of improper venue or inconvenient forum.
